Motivation
- Ever since I started working out I've wanted to bench press 2 plates (225lbs or 100kgs). It's been over 4 years now and I haven't hit it yet.
- I started with benching the bar.
- Since then I've had bursts of consistency in my training over the years, but now I am going to chase this with everything I have, that means no missed workouts, daily macros, rest & hydration every day!
- Once I get that 225 bench then I'll do my first ever legit cut and get absolutely diced!!
- Also technically I've been working towards this goal for a long time and have been able to reach the measly 190lbs for 1 rep. Ig now this challenge entails having for the first time set a concrete deadline for myself, by my 22nd birthday I shall have hopefully hit 225 bench by doing everything right and never missing a day.

- Upped the dosage of preworkout (3/4th scoop of gorilla mind)
- Worked out in the evening after 2 meals breakfast & lunch
- Workout was 7/10 (in terms of quality & how I felt), nothing too special. 230lbs on squat still feels very heavy :(
- Had to skip calves at the end because gym closed

This will arrive in the mail the day after I bench 225 😉
